Role Summary
Sherwood is currently seeking an Electrical and Controls Engineer to support our growing, progressive and dynamic civil and environmental engineering firm. The Electrical and Controls Engineer will work as an integral part of Sherwood’s Water/Wastewater team, reporting directly to the Principal in Charge. This candidate will be asked to develop, review and consult on new system control architecture, process instrumentation and controls, control narratives and electrical and controls integration of treatment processes. We are seeking an individual who demonstrates a strong professional skill set, who can work productively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, work independently, and develop clear, evidence-based solutions.

Compensation:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Sherwood Design Engineers, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 to $140,000. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
